Vacation in Hawaii...Week 2

Alright...here are many pictures of our second week in Hawaii. This week was when lots of our friends started showing up for the wedding and we had more activities planned. It was really a different feel because the first week we relaxed on the beach everyday and this week we were doing all kinds of fun things with the bride and groom.

Here are some of our favorite moments from the wedding week!

Brandon and I in front of the waterfall at the Westin Resort & Spa
The view from our room

The Westin was very beautiful and I loved looking at this everyday
Shana and I enjoying the incredible sunset on the first night that she arrived
The Bride and Groom!
Brandon and I on the boat heading out on our snorkeling trip
Shana, Tina and I excited to go snorkeling
Getting ready to go out and do some more snorkeling after lunch...thankful Brandon started feeling better. He got a little sea sick on the boat.
All the girls hanging out together the night before the wedding
Wedding Day!

Shana looked so beautiful and was so excited that this day was finally here.
Thankfully the rain stayed away and we were lucky enough to get this beautiful rainbow during the ceremony
The Wedding ceremony on the beach. It was gorgeous!
The wedding party
We had to get a picture together on the beach!
Brandon and I at the reception
The Bride and Groom with the Yoder's. This is one of my favorite pictures from the whole vacation with all of us together! We love you guys!!
When you are in Hawaii you have to go to a Luau!
The sunset during the show
Great food!
Loved the Fire Dance
Shawna and I at the end of the Luau...Brandon would not go with me!
Brandon and I did not fly together and it ended up that I was there an extra day so I took advantage of that and decided to Drive the Road to Hana with Shawna.
Here is one of the views that we got the look at while on the road...also you can see just some of the many turns that we had to deal with. This is on some of the nicer roads because it got a bit scary in some areas.
Amazing...I want to go back!
This was on of my favorite spots. I loved the black lava rock and how the waves splashed against it.
Could have stayed here for hours
The rocks were very sharp and we needed to be very careful walking on them...plus we also had to watch for the waves come in too.
There had not been much rain while we were there so the waterfalls were not what I was hoping for but still something beautiful to see
Arch in the lava rock
Small cave at the Black Sand Beach "Alice in Wonderland" is how they described it.
Black Sand Beach...tried to walk on it and it was a little painful without my sandals on
The Seven Sacred Pools...This was a lot of fun to watch all the people that were swimming from pool to pool and jumping off the rocks into the pools. It was a long drive to get to this but it was all worth it. Absolutely Amazing

Vacation in Hawaii...Week 1

Finally the pictures from our Hawaii trip...
Brandon and I had a great time and I hope that sometime we will be able to go back again. What a beautiful place. Everything about it was just so wonderful and it made it hard to leave. I have added many of our favorite photos and there is too much to write about each of them so if you want more detail just ask me.
Brandon with Peyton on Father's Day. We left for HI early that morning.
Peyton and Mommy at the airport waiting for my flight
Eating at the Riverfront Restaurant on our first night
Footprints in the sand
Brandon and I at the Big Beach

Happy Anniversary Dinner! 4Years!!
This was one of our favorite spots to hang out on the beach
The mountains were just as beautiful to look at as the ocean
Relaxing on the beach...there was nothing better
I loved all the flowers. Pictures don't really show how pretty they were.
The palm trees outside our condo
Beautiful Sunsets

WALKING!!!!!!!

Peyton is WALKING!

Brandon and I have been working with her to take those first few steps and over the weekend she started to take them by herself. Peyton is still very new to this walking thing so we have lots of falls, but she keeps trying anytime that she can.

Check out my walking girl:

Happy 4th of July!

I know that it is way past the 4th of July, but I have been running a little behind since getting back from vacation. I have a ton of pictures to post so please be patient with me and I will get them all uploaded as soon as I can.

Peyton and her cousin Audrey excited waiting for the fireworks to get started.

Peyton was easily entertained with playing with the beach towels

Happy Girl! Sorry for the red eye.

Daddy always knows how to get a smile out of her
Check out those cheeks!
The Yoder's watching the fireworks. Peyton was just a little scared when the loud booms went off otherwise she liked the fireworks.

Hope this makes you smile!

Peyton is our dancing fool if you have not heard me say that before. Anytime there is music playing she is dancing. She has her normal dance moves that we see a lot, but every once in awhile she will through in new moves.

This is the newest move and she likes it so I hope you do too. I love this girl so much!

Peyton...Peyton...Peyton!!!

This post is all about Peyton and what she has been doing in the past couple of weeks and some of her new developments that make Brandon and I laugh and smile all the time.
*Peyton is not walking yet, but she is working on it. She will now crawl up on her hands and knees to get around. It is funny to watch.
*She is into pointing at everything
*Her favorite word to say right now is "Hi"
*Something new this week that I love is that when we walk in the door at daycare she will say "Hi" really loud so everyone will hear her. I am thinking that she has listened to me say it for so long that now she knows that we say "Hi" when we walk in the door.
*Peyton likes to read to herself. She will open up a book and talk baby talk like she is reading. I love it!

Peyton loves to play by the window...so don't judge that I am letter her play with the cord on the blinds. We need to make them shorter I know!
This is her mini jungle gym where she likes to climb up her chair to get on the ottoman
Peyton's first baby pool!
She was so excited about the pool that she needed to get in it before we could take it outside to fill with water
I tried to get her swimming suit on her, but she was not happy about it because she wanted in the water
She had so much fun and didn't even care that it was cold water
Daddy and Peyton
My cute water baby!
Wrigley enjoying the nice weather outside while Peyton played in her pool
Most of the time Wrigley is not far from Peyton...her little bodyguard!
Big splashes!!
Peyton reading her Elmo book
If you look up in the right corner you will see that those pages on the ground are the pages in the book so we can't read it anymore.
Peyton doesn't care she will still read it even if it is upside down.
This has been Peyton's favorite toy to play with at night. She loves when the balls fly out of the top and go everywhere.
What's down there?
Happy girl!
Very excited to watch the colored balls fly out of the toy!

I have a cute video of Peyton playing with this toy, but this computer is taking forever to upload it. I will add it to another post soon! Hope you all have a great weekend!!!
