23 Weeks!

Turn on the radio and sway to the music. With her sense of movement well developed by now, your baby can feel you dance. And now that she's more than 11 inches long and weighs just over a pound (about as much as a large mango), you may be able to see her squirm underneath your clothes. Blood vessels in her lungs are developing to prepare for breathing, and the sounds that your baby's increasingly keen ears pick up are preparing her for entry into the outside world. Loud noises that become familiar now — such as your dog barking or the roar of the vacuum cleaner — probably won't faze her when she hears them outside the womb.

I am feeling good these days. There are those moments that I wish that I could pull my gall bladder out because of the pain, but other than that I can not complain. Brandon and I are still working on names for this baby girl. Girl names are just not easy for us and this is going to take us a little while I fear. On Sunday we started cleaning house and moving things around in different rooms to make room for this little girl. We have a long way to go, but it was a good start anyways. Brandon is very excited because the recliner made its way out to the living room and now (what he thinks) is his chair.
